As we approach the end of the year, the Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra would like to publicly acknowledge the incredible level of support we received from our friends in the community in 2023. As a nonprofit symphony orchestra, it is not feasible to support our operations based on ticket sales alone. JCSO depends heavily on corporate donations, individual gifts, and grants from our local, state, and federal government.
One of the Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra’s most consistent and significant supporters is the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, who provided us with not only with an incredibly generous level of operating support this year, but also provided above-and-beyond funding to support our performance this fall with violinist Kevin Zhu. Fulton County’s funding is critical to the JCSO, as it supports our concerts, administrative expenses, and operational costs, and they have been providing this for many years. JCSO is extremely grateful and honored to receive this level of funding among all the many deserving arts organizations in Fulton County.
Thank you to the Fulton County Commissioners, Commissioner Bridget Thorne, and to all of our donors, ticket buyers, and supporters over the past year. We could not fulfill our mission without YOU.
